Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through PhonePe and other digital payment platforms. All transactions are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.

Payment Confirmation

  • All bookings/purchases are confirmed only after successful payment completion
  • You will receive a payment confirmation via email and SMS
  • Please retain payment receipts for your records

Refund Policy

Cancellation Before 30 Days

If you cancel your booking/service 30 days or more before the scheduled trip date:

  • 50% of the total amount paid will be deducted as cancellation charges
  • Remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 7-10 business days

Note: Cancellations made less than 30 days from the trip date are completely non-refundable (see below).

Cancellation Within 30 Days

No Refund Policy - Non-Refundable

If a customer cancels the tour less than 30 days from the trip date, the booking is completely non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled trip date are non-refundable
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for cancellations within 30 days of the trip date
  • Once a service is purchased and cancelled within this 30-day period, the full amount paid is forfeited
  • This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to show up on the scheduled date will result in complete forfeiture of the amount paid
  • No refunds or rescheduling will be available

Refund Processing

  • All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timeline: 7-10 business days from approval date
  • Bank processing time may vary and is not included in our timeline
  • Refund transaction ID will be shared via email

General Terms

Service Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify services due to unforeseen circumstances
  • In case of service cancellation from our end, full refund will be provided

Dispute Resolution

  • All payment disputes must be raised within 48 hours of transaction
  • Contact our support team with transaction details for resolution

Policy Updates

  • Terms and conditions may be updated periodically
  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms
