We recommend booking at least 15–20 days in advance to secure your preferred seat and departure date. During peak season (October–March), seats fill up fast — book 30+ days ahead. Last-minute bookings are possible subject to availability.
After advance payment, you will receive a booking confirmation on WhatsApp with your name, tour details, departure date, and tour cost summary. Keep this as your booking proof.
Yes! You can book multiple seats in the same group departure. If your group is 10 or more, contact us about group discounts or a private tour on your preferred dates.
Fixed departure tours run with a minimum of 10 travelers. A typical group has 20–35 travelers from various cities across India. If a departure has fewer than 10 bookings, we notify all registered travelers at least 10 days in advance and offer a full refund or transfer to the next departure.
Yes. If a departure is full, you can request to be added to the waiting list. We notify you immediately if a seat opens up. We also run multiple departures per month, so there is usually a nearby alternative date.

No hidden charges. We share a detailed inclusions/exclusions list before booking. Any extra expenses (personal shopping, entry tickets not listed in inclusions, or extra meals) are clearly communicated upfront.

Standard inclusions for group tours:
No, flights are not included. Tour price covers ground transportation (AC vehicle from Ahmedabad). Travelers flying into Ahmedabad from other cities must book their own flights. We can suggest Ahmedabad flight timing to match tour departure time.
Yes, breakfast and dinner are included at hotels as per the itinerary. Lunch is generally not included (on your own during sightseeing). Food served is primarily vegetarian Indian cuisine. Jain food requirements can be requested in advance.
Standard exclusions:
Travel insurance is not included in the tour package. We strongly recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance before joining. This covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and baggage loss.
Absolutely yes! Travelers from across India join our tours. We have had travelers from Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, and many other cities. You simply need to reach Ahmedabad on departure day — the tour starts and ends at Ahmedabad.
The departure point is shared with all confirmed travelers 3–5 days before the tour start. It is typically a convenient central location in Ahmedabad (Iscon crossroads or similar). We share the exact location + Google Maps link on WhatsApp.
Yes, our Gujarat group tours are senior-friendly. The pace is comfortable, hotels are accessible, and our tour manager provides special assistance where needed. We recommend informing us about any mobility issues or medical conditions at the time of booking so we can plan accordingly.
Yes! Solo travelers are very welcome. You will be paired with another solo traveler of the same gender for room sharing (to keep costs down). If you prefer a private room (single occupancy), that is available for an additional supplement charge.
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome. Infants under 5 travel free (no seat, no bed). Children 5–11 have a special child rate. Children 12 and above are charged at the full adult rate. Inform us about the child's age so we can arrange appropriate accommodation.
Yes. We cater to Jain food requirements if requested at the time of booking. Most hotels we use are accustomed to serving Jain meals. Please inform us at least 5 days before departure so arrangements can be made.
We use comfortable 2–3 star hotels and guesthouses that are clean, well-located, and traveler-friendly. All hotels include attached bathrooms, clean linen, and basic amenities. For private tours, upgraded hotel options are available.
Group tour packages are based on twin/triple sharing to keep prices affordable. If you are traveling as a couple or family, you get your own room. Solo travelers are paired with a same-gender co-traveler. If you prefer a single room, a single occupancy supplement applies.
We do our best to accommodate special requests (ground floor for senior citizens, specific bed arrangement for couples, etc.). However, exact hotel and room types are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Premium room options may be available for a supplement charge — ask us at time of booking.

Yes, booking transfers to another person are allowed up to 7 days before departure with a small name-change fee. The replacement traveler must submit their ID details. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a transfer.
In the rare case that we cancel a departure (due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances), we will inform all registered travelers at least 10 days in advance and offer either:
Force majeure events (floods, strikes, road blocks, cyclones) are outside our control. In such cases, we will do our best to re-route the itinerary or cut the tour short with a proportional refund for unused services. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover such situations.

Typically 6–8 hours of sightseeing per day, with rest breaks. We balance activity with rest so that senior citizens and families with children can also enjoy the tour without exhaustion. We start early (7–8 AM) to make the most of the day and avoid afternoon heat in summer.
The best time is October to March (winter season) when temperatures are pleasant (15–28°C). This is also festival season (Diwali, Navratri, Uttarayan). Avoid May–June (peak summer, very hot, 40°C+). Monsoon (July–September) is beautiful but some routes may be affected.
